Cycling has an ability to inspire not only those who venture outside but equally those who love the culture surrounding it. Which is essentially what Field Notes exactly is about.
For New Zealand-born native, Brandon Gold, the wonderful world of illustrating cycling is a love found in his early childhood. We asked Brandon to share some of his illustrations from his Instagram account - "Brian_and_Wayne" - and to tell us a few words about himself.
"I'm Brandon Gold and I'm an illustrator. Aside from my daily work I also run my Instagram account - "Brian_and_Wayne".
I'm originally from New Zealand, but now live and reside in Sweden.
My love for cycling and its culture stems from my childhood days and it is still going strong. I commute every day and everywhere by bicycle, year-round.
I absolutely love mountain biking and through the years I have tirelessly followed the N+1 Rule (*).
